Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has extended warm birthday greetings to Dr. Bernard M. Doro, Honourable Minister of the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian and Poverty Reduction, on the joyous occasion of his birthday celebration.
In a congratulatory message issued on Friday by his Director Media and Communications, Mr Lanre Oloyede, Hom. Abba Isa described Dr. Doro as a compassionate public servant whose work continues to make meaningful impact on vulnerable Nigerians, particularly persons with disabilities, women, children and communities affected by poverty and humanitarian crises.

According to the Senior presidential aide, Dr. Doro’s work aligns closely with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, particularly in addressing the needs of persons with disabilities, displaced persons, and other marginalized groups across the country.
The SSAP maintained that the Minister’s tenure since assumption of office has been marked by people-centred policies, innovative interventions and a strong focus on inclusion, accountability and sustainable poverty reduction.

“Dr. Bernard Doro has consistently demonstrated uncommon dedication to the ideals of social justice, equity and human dignity.
“His leadership at the Ministry of Humanitarian and Poverty Reduction reflects a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the most vulnerable and a genuine commitment to leaving no one behind,” Abba Isa said.
He further praised the Minister for his collaborative approach to governance, noting that his openness to partnerships with government agencies, civil society organisations and development partners has strengthened humanitarian responses and expanded social protection initiatives across the country.
Abba Isa wished Dr. Doro good health, wisdom and renewed strength as he continues to serve the nation, expressing confidence that the Minister’s contributions will further advance President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
“On this special occasion, I join family, friends and well-wishers to celebrate a leader of vision and compassion. May the years ahead be filled with greater achievements and lasting impact for Nigeria,” he added.
