The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Special Needs and Equal Opportunities, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, has extended warm felicitations to the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), Dr. Abdullahi Mustapha, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message by his Director Media and Communications Mr Lanre Oloyede, the presidential aide described Dr. Mustapha as a dedicated public servant and visionary leader whose contributions to national development align strongly with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.

Hon. Abba Isa commended the ECN boss for his impactful leadership at the Energy Commission of Nigeria, noting that his stewardship has continued to strengthen the country’s energy sector while promoting innovation, sustainability, and inclusive development.

The SSA also praised Dr. Mustapha’s outstanding humanitarian efforts, particularly through the DAM Foundation, which has been at the forefront of youth empowerment and social intervention initiatives.

He noted that the foundation has positively touched the lives of many, including Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Kogi State, through various empowerment and support programmes.

According to Abba Isa, Dr. Mustapha’s passion for humanity, humility, and service to the less privileged has earned him widespread respect and admiration, while serving as an inspiration to individuals and organizations committed to making meaningful social impact.

“Your unwavering commitment to service, humanity, and national development, as well as your visionary leadership through the DAM Foundation, reflects your deep belief in transforming young people into responsible, productive, and high-potential individuals who contribute meaningfully to society,” the statement read.

The presidential aide further described Dr. Mustapha as a leader driven by compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to build a better future for the next generation, adding that his example continues to motivate stakeholders in government and civil society.

Hon. Abba Isa concluded by offering prayers for the celebrant, wishing him good health, renewed strength, wisdom, and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.

“As you mark another year, we pray that your impact continues to grow and that your efforts toward youth development, inclusion, and national progress yield lasting dividends,” he said.
